Actually, we don't ship! Why? Because we want you to receive high-quality groceries!

My Mobile Pantry offers Direct Delivery services right to your door! This service is available as a scheduled stop by our fully stocked grocery truck or on-demand by placing an order online (or by phone). We'll deliver the order with our fleet of vehicles.  We currently serve a limited number of zip codes in Lancaster County, PA.

How to get started with online ordering

1. Setup an account. You can do this online or by calling our office. Be sure to include your phone number as we may need to call you to discuss your order prior to delivery.

2. Browse our list of online products and fill your cart. Then choose a Delivery or Pickup option. If there are items you need that are not listed online please mention them in the order comments section.

3. Checkout and we'll process your order and schedule a driver to deliver it to your door during the time window you selected!  If we have any questions we'll attempt to call you first.  We'll provide the final invoice at the time of delivery and expect payment upon our arrival.

Returns Policy

Our 'quality guaranteed' policy means we'll replace any groceries you purchase, no questions asked! It's rare, but if you receive any products that are not high quality please let us know and we'll replace it.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
